موافقة ولي الأمر | Parental Consent

يقر المستخدم بنفسه بأنه والد أو ولي أمر بالغ ومخوّل بإدارة استخدام الطفل. هذا إقرار غير متحقق منه حالياً وينتظر اعتماد آلية الموافقة قانونياً.

تُسجل موافقة مستقلة لإنشاء ملف الطفل، وموافقة مستقلة لمعالجة الصوت عند تشغيل تمرين التلاوة. تمرر خدمة الجهاز أو المنصة الصوت إلى التعرف على الكلام؛ التطبيق لا يخزن الصوت الخام أو النص الناتج في قاعدة بيانات العائلة.

يمكن لولي الأمر سحب موافقة الصوت لإيقاف المعالجة المستقبلية، وسحب إذن الميكروفون من إعدادات الجهاز. السحب لا يحذف ملف الطفل تلقائياً. يمكن حذف ملف طفل مستقل أو حذف الحساب وكل الملفات المرتبطة، كما يمكن تصدير البيانات بصيغة JSON.

The user self-declares that they are an adult parent or guardian authorised to manage the child's use. This declaration is currently unverified and the consent mechanism remains pending legal approval.

Separate consent events cover child-profile processing and voice processing when a recitation exercise starts. The device/platform service processes speech; the app does not store raw audio or resulting transcripts in the family database.

The parent can withdraw voice consent to stop future voice processing and revoke microphone access in device settings. Withdrawal does not automatically delete the child profile. The parent can separately delete one child profile or the whole account and can export data as JSON.
