طلب حذف حساب ولي الأمر

الحذف من داخل التطبيق

  1. سجّل الدخول إلى حساب ولي الأمر في تطبيق الحافظ الصغير.
  2. افتح تبويب «الوالدين»، ثم قسم «الحساب والخصوصية».
  3. اختر «حذف الحساب والبيانات» وأكمل التحقق والتأكيد الظاهرين في التطبيق.

الحذف بدون التطبيق

إذا لم يعد التطبيق مثبتاً، أرسل طلباً من بريد حساب ولي الأمر إلى info@kidsxercise.com. اكتب في العنوان «طلب حذف حساب الحافظ الصغير». سنستخدم بريد الحساب للتحقق من أن مقدم الطلب هو صاحب الحساب قبل تنفيذ الحذف.

ما الذي يُحذف؟

يؤدي حذف حساب ولي الأمر إلى حذف ملف ولي الأمر وملفات الأطفال المرتبطة به، بما فيها الأسماء المستعارة والصور الرمزية والفئات العمرية وخطط الحفظ والمواعيد والتقدم والنجوم وسجل الموافقات الموجود في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق.

الاحتفاظ النظامي: مدة الاحتفاظ بالنسخ الاحتياطية أو السجلات التي يلزم الاحتفاظ بها نظاماً لم تُعتمد بعد. يجب على المستشار القانوني تأكيد المدة والاستثناءات قبل الإطلاق العام.

Request deletion of a parent account

Delete inside the app

  1. Sign in to the parent account in LITTLE HAFIZ.
  2. Open the Parents tab, then Account & Privacy.
  3. Select “Delete account and data” and complete the verification and confirmation shown in the app.

Delete without the installed app

If the app is no longer installed, send a request from the parent account email address to info@kidsxercise.com with the subject “LITTLE HAFIZ account deletion request.” We will use the account email to verify that the requester owns the account before deletion.

What is deleted?

Deleting the parent account deletes the parent profile and its associated child profiles, including nicknames, selected avatars, age bands, memorisation assignments, target dates, progress, stars, and consent records held in the application database.

Legal retention: Retention periods for backups or records that must be kept by law have not yet been approved. Legal counsel must confirm any duration and exceptions before public launch.
